Nike Blames Us for the Tearing Shoes, They Say They're Worn Without Untying the Laces

I want my Nike issue to be resolved. In June, I bought a pair of Nike sneakers from the SuperStep store in Umraniye Canpark. After just 4 months, the sides of the shoes started to come apart. I went back to the store, and they said they would send it for inspection. The staff there claimed there was no problem with the shoes and suggested it might be a product defect. I had bought the shoes for my 16-year-old son, but as he studies in another city, I had to buy another pair while waiting for the inspection results. Unfortunately, the inspection result for the shoes I bought from SuperStep was a rejection. The decision stated that the shoes were used by applying pressure on the front parts without untying the laces and that after the front part broke, there was no way to fix the shoes. However, our complaint was about the sides of the shoes bursting, not the back, and we sent them for inspection for that reason. I feel wronged. We trust the Nike brand and spend money on their expensive products, only to wear them for 4 months. I request a resolution to my issue.
