Nike Kids Tracksuit Defect After First Wash - Exchange Request Denied

On 28 October, I purchased a children's tracksuit from the Nike store at Maltepe Piazza Shopping Centre in Istanbul. After purchasing the product, we washed it, but on 10 November, we returned the product to the store due to deformities that had formed on the pocket edges before my child had even worn it. The store stated that they would send the product to the centre for inspection, and we requested an exchange, believing the product to be defective. Today, on 21 November, I received a message stating that no defect was found in the product and that it was due to ‘user error’. I do not accept that this can be attributed to user error when the product has never been worn and such a problem only arose after washing. The number of my e-invoice issued during the purchase and return process is BPI2025000010322. I believe the deformation in the product is due to manufacturing, and I request that my exchange request for the tracksuit, which my child could not use at all before it became like this, be reconsidered and, if possible, that the defective product be replaced with a new one.
