Hooperstr Nike Ja 3 Order Not Delivered - Refund Requested
I purchased a pair of Nike Ja 3 basketball shoes from the Hooperstr website on 17 November for ₺5,399.99, paying by credit card. Although nearly two months have passed since I placed my order, the product has still not been delivered to me. Despite contacting the company, I have not received any clear or solution-oriented response. I was only informed that the shipment was stuck in customs, but I was not given any proper information or guidance about what needs to be done. In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, I am experiencing victimization because this product has not been delivered within a reasonable time. Since the product has not been delivered, I request the cancellation of my order and a full refund of the amount I paid. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken regarding my complaint.
