Nike Dunk Low Retro Faded And Caused Sweating After Only Two Uses

In February, I purchased a pair of Nike Dunk Low Retro shoes from the Nike store at Ankara Ankamall Mall. Even though I only wore them twice, during the second use the color started to fade and the shoes caused excessive sweating. Experiencing such an issue in such a short time and with minimal use has been a serious disappointment regarding the product’s quality.

When I applied to the store to return the product, my refund request was rejected.

I demand that a product with defects appearing this quickly be supported by the brand and that an exchange be carried out without question. For the sake of customer satisfaction, I expect the store to be more responsive in this matter and for my grievance to be resolved urgently.
