FF Beta Server Bug Causes No Damage to Opponents

I am an Android player on the Free Fire Beta server, playing from the Middle East and Africa region, and since yesterday, right after I collected and started using the FF Beta, I have been experiencing a serious gameplay problem. My bullets are not registering properly and are not giving any damage to opponents, even when I clearly hit the target. Because of this issue, I am unable to play normally, and it is ruining the game experience on the FF Beta server for me. I kindly request that you check my account and the Beta server for my region and fix the problem of bullets not registering and not giving damage, so that I can use the FF Beta properly again.
