On May 2, 2025, we purchased the Air Force 1 ’07 Men’s Sneakers from the Nike store at Gordion Mall. After only 2 months of use, deformation occurred on the inside of the shoes. We sent the product for inspection through the store where we purchased it, but our request was rejected on the grounds that no defect related to production or materials was found. However, as shown in the attached photo, it is impossible for this to be user error. If it were, the deformation would also appear on the outside of the shoes. In reality, the exterior of the shoes has no issues at all.
I expect Nike to provide a proper solution regarding this matter.
