I Face Sole Separation on My Nike Air Max After 4 Months of Light Daily Use

I bought a pair of Nike Air Max sneakers from In Street in September. After just four months of light daily use—mainly for walking to and from school—the soles began to separate along the edges. The rest of the shoe remained in good condition, and I did not misuse them in any way.
Because of this unexpected defect, I returned the shoes to the store for inspection. They were sent to Nike’s central evaluation team, but I received a response saying there was “no manufacturing defect” and that the issue was due to “user error.” I completely disagree. If the shoelaces or the upper part had torn, I could understand it being caused by excessive force. But the sole coming apart from regular, routine use should clearly be a quality issue.
I expected better support from both Nike and In Street. I’m asking for this decision to be reviewed again, as the damage is clearly not caused by me. I want Nike to take accountability for the product's poor durability and offer a proper solution—whether it's a refund or a replacement. I chose Nike because I trusted the quality. Please don’t let that trust be a mistake.
