Nike Metecon And Minflo 10 Shoes Defective - Rejected Despite Warranty

On October 27, 2025, I purchased two pairs of shoes—Metecon and Minflo 10, both size 42—from the Nike Factory Store paying a total of ₺7100. During the purchase, I noticed that the boxes were open and the shoes were being tried on by many people, but since I needed them urgently, I decided to buy both pairs. I wore the first pair (Metecon) for only three days, about 3–4 hours per day, and the toe area started to come apart. I took the product back to the store, where it was sent for inspection, and after 25 days I was informed that my claim was rejected. The call I received was extremely rude and dismissive—they simply said, “Rejected, come and get it,” and hung up the phone. When I called again, I was treated the same way. At the store, they handed me the shoes without any explanation, and to make things worse, the word “Rejected” along with my name and surname was written on the box, which I found quite offensive. The second pair (Minflo 10) was used for about a month and had a misalignment on the left sole and visible glue marks on the inside. However, since even a 3-day-old pair was not accepted for exchange, I did not send this one for inspection. Both products were within Nike’s 6-month warranty period, and I was promised an exchange at the time of purchase. These negative experiences, combined with the rude and indifferent attitude of the store staff, have seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I request a refund or replacement for these defective products and expect Nike to place greater importance on customer satisfaction and professional communication.
