On August 26, I purchased a pair of Nike Dunk Low shoes for 3,499 TL from the Nike store at Viaport Marina. I bought them for daily use and paid with a credit card. However, after wearing the shoes just a few times, serious creases appeared on the upper part, making them look as if they could tear at any moment. In addition, the sole already looks worn down, as if it has been used for a long time. I was both surprised and disappointed that the shoes deformed so quickly.
I have shopped many times from this same store before, but this is the first time I have encountered a product that looks so poor in quality—almost fake. I have not yet applied for a refund or exchange, because I assumed it would not be accepted since more than a month has passed. At the time of purchase, I was not informed of any warranty or return period, although I still have my receipt.
From Nike, I would like to know whether I still have the right to return these shoes, which deformed so severely in such a short time, and what solution they can offer me.
