Nike Shoes Deformed In Three Months And Wrongly Labeled As User Error



I bought a pair of Nike sports shoes on 06.09.2025, and within just three months both sides of the shoes became deformed in the same area and the material started to peel off. The product was sent for inspection, but it was returned without any technical explanation and labeled as “user error.” It is impossible for a product to reach this condition in such a short time due to user error. The shoes are clearly defective. I did not find my money on the street. I request that the issue be resolved immediately, and I am initiating my application to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
