Nike Phoenix Fleece Tracksuit Faded And Pilled After First Wash

In the first week of October, I purchased a tracksuit (top and bottom) from the Phoenix Fleece collection at the Nike store in Mall of Istanbul. After wearing the product a few times, I washed it by itself—without mixing it with any other black items—strictly following the washing instructions. As someone who always washes clothes according to their care labels, I took extra care with this set, for which I paid over $119.10. After the first wash, I let it air dry without using a dryer, and once it was dry, I noticed the color had faded. After wearing it a few more times and washing it a second time (again, following the same instructions and washing it alone), the product came out even more faded and had started to pill. It hasn’t even been a month since I bought it, and I haven’t finished paying the installments yet. I’ve never seen even unbranded market products fade and pill this quickly. I’m not requesting an exchange, because I believe I’d face the same problem with the same item again. I am requesting a refund. It’s impossible for me to wear a tracksuit that looks this worn out and low-quality after just 20–25 days outside; I’ll have to use it as loungewear at home. I emailed Nike about the issue and attached photos, but I haven’t received any response. I’m attaching the photos here as well. I request that the company contact me and compensate for my loss. I will also be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee this week. I bought this tracksuit from a Nike store expecting durability, but it has turned out to be a real disappointment.
