Nike Revolution 8 Logo Swelling After Few Wears - User Error Claim

I purchased a pair of Nike Revolution 8 shoes about one month ago from the FLO side branch, In Street. During this period I wore the shoes only three or four times. At the time of purchase, I was also sold the cleaning products that the In Street store recommended, and I was clearly told that if I cleaned the shoes with these products, the shoes would not deform. Despite this, the Nike logos on the shoes have already started to swell. I am extremely careful with my shoes: I clean them as soon as I take them off and then place them in their box in my room, so they are almost unused. When I noticed the swelling, I went to the store; photos were taken and an investigation was initiated. Even the staff at the store were surprised and stated that this was not user error, and they even tried cleaning the shoes themselves with their own cleaning products, but the problem did not improve. Later I was informed by message that the shoes had deformed due to “user error”. I do not accept this result. A shoe that has been worn only three or four times, cleaned with the products recommended by the store, and stored in its box should not be considered user error when it deforms in this way. I request that the decision of “user error” be reconsidered and that my Nike Revolution 8 shoes be replaced with a new, flawless pair.
