Nike Elemental Backpack Logo Faded Quickly And No Response Received

In 2021, I purchased a Nike Elemental backpack from Nike store. I used the product normally and did not wash or apply any special treatment to it. However, within a short time, the Nike lettering on the bag began to fade and disappear on its own. I believe such an issue is not acceptable for a brand like Nike. I had previously submitted the same complaint on September 5, 2022, through Xolvie, but I never received any response from the company. At that time, I had the invoice and receipt, but since I have now moved to another city, I no longer have access to those documents. I request that the product be replaced with a new one and expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
