Nike Air Monarch IV Shoes Falling Apart After 5 Wears

I purchased Nike Air Monarch IV shoes in early December and have only worn them 5-6 times. The right shoe squeaks excessively, drawing attention when I walk. Additionally, the right side has started to split open. How can a shoe I've only worn 5 times and stored in its box at home start coming apart at the seams? I've worn cheap, unbranded shoes from markets for years without seeing such early deterioration. I couldn't stop the squeaking no matter what I tried.
When I called Nike customer service, they said, "We only support products purchased directly from Nike stores. Contact the retailer you bought them from; they handle the warranty." When I called the store where I purchased them, they responded, "We only offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and you need to deliver the shoes to our warehouse in person."
I'm not in Ankara, and there's no store where I live to deliver them in person. It's been over 6 months anyway, though they sold it with a 1-year warranty. Isn't a shoe splitting open and constantly squeaking on the 5th wear a manufacturing defect? Nike brushes me off, the store brushes me off. It seems our money was wasted. I'll never go near this brand again. They just have a name, no quality. I have cheaper shoes from other brands that are two years old without the slightest issue.
