Nike Soccer Cleats Fail Early as Studs Break During Match

I purchased a pair of Nike football boots from Sportive’s online store on July 28, 2025. The boots were used regularly for approximately three months. During a match, the studs broke and the inner lining began to peel, which is not what I would expect from a product in this price range and quality category. After noticing the issue, I contacted customer service, but I was informed that no material defect was found and my request was rejected, even though the damage clearly occurred after a short period of normal use. I am requesting a refund or a replacement with a new pair, as I believe this situation does not qualify as normal wear and tear for such a limited usage period. I kindly ask that my complaint be reviewed again and that a solution be provided as soon as possible.
