I purchased a Nike indoor sports shoe with the product code 198485937352 and used it only about 6 times. Despite this short period of use, the front part of the shoe opened and the same defect occurred in two identical pairs of the same model. I have the receipt/invoice and all purchase documents and I already sent the product for inspection. However, I was informed that the problem was considered as “user error”, which I do not find fair or acceptable given the usage conditions and the short time in which the defect appeared. In addition, the fact that the same problem appeared in two shoes in the same area shows that this is not a user-related issue but rather a production or quality problem. I also have photos clearly showing the defect on the front part of the shoes and I am ready to share them. I request that my shoe with the above-mentioned code be re-evaluated and that product replacement be carried out, or that an equivalent solution be provided if replacement is not possible. I kindly ask for this situation to be resolved as soon as possible and for me to be informed in writing about the result of the re-evaluation.
