I received my LG brand TV from Teknosa. We opened the box after installation and noticed light filtering. It is vividly obvious in the photos as well. We contacted the service, and a report was written. It was said to be normal, but it is clear that it is not. I've seen that choosing the LG brand is a mistake. It was a sour experience for me. LG is a company that does not stand behind the products it sells, a company that cannot manage the process, and a company that does not understand the needs and problems of the customer. Then we will seek our rights through complaint sites and judicial authorities. And we will never prefer the LG brand.
