I own an LG F1247TD washing machine, and I want to replace its shock absorbers. For this purpose, I requested from LG the photo and technical specifications (such as measurements) of the original shock absorber so that I can obtain a compatible part and have the replacement done safely. For the last few weeks, I have been trying to reach LG and get this information. Most recently, I corresponded with two different representatives via WhatsApp today. However, I was told that since I am not purchasing the original part from them, they will not share the photo and technical data of the shock absorber with me. I find it unacceptable that such basic technical information is withheld, even though it would directly contribute to the safe and correct use of the product. I request that LG share with me the photo of the shock absorber used in the LG F1247TD washing machine and the necessary technical specifications and measurements, so that I can supply a compatible part and have my machine repaired safely and correctly.
