LG OLED65B9PLA TV Has Screen Edge Loss and Warranty Did Not Help
For the past 3–4 months, I have been experiencing a persistent issue with my LG OLED65B9PLA TV, where the image is lost around all the edges of the screen. I use the product in Izmir Karsiyaka and purchased it from Vatan Bilgisayar for ₺18,000. The problem has continued without any improvement. I contacted LG customer service, but they said they could not help because the warranty had expired. I still have the invoice, and I would like to point out that the same model TV is currently sold for around ₺80,000. I also find it unacceptable that such an advanced technology product like an OLED TV, including its panel, only comes with a 2-year warranty. Even though the warranty has expired, I am requesting a discounted product replacement from LG by paying the difference. I expect support and a solution on this matter.
