LG F4T2VYMEW Washing Machine Refund Not Paid - Return Delayed For Weeks

On August 27, 2025, I purchased an LG F4T2VYMEW Model 9 kg 1400 rpm Washing Machine from LG store. After a while, the machine started experiencing problems such as vibration, shaking, noise, and tearing laundry. As a result of these problems, I called the technical service, and they said they could be caused by various reasons. They requested documentation, such as photos, regarding the problems. I insisted that they send a technical service representative. A few days later, customer service called me, and since I hadn't even purchased the machine for two months, they said they could either replace it or refund it. I requested a refund from the company. My machine was collected from my home for return on November 8, 2025, and the staff member assured me that the payment would be transferred to my account on Friday, November 14, 2025. I sent my ID and bank information to the relevant staff as soon as requested for the refund. The payment was not credited to my account on the date specified, and because the payment was not made, I was left without a washing machine. When I called the company, they told me that the processing of the returned product into the system was delayed, and that was why my payment was delayed. When I asked when the payment would be deposited, they told me that the next refund payment would be made on 21.11.2025. During this process, I went into debt and had to buy a new washing machine. On 20.11.2025, I received a call from an LG customer representative who said that the refund would be made tomorrow, 21.11.2025. When I checked my account on the date specified, I saw that the money had not been deposited. I called the customer representative and asked why the money had not been deposited, and he told me that the money had not been deposited due to a system glitch and that it would be deposited within the next week. The company continues to stall me by making various false excuses. I still have not received a clear solution, and my grievance continues. I demand that this grievance I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible, that the refund fee of ₺19,999 be paid to me immediately and in full, and that my losses due to the financial damages I have suffered during this process be compensated with interest.
