Gamepower Keyboard Keys Not Working After One Month

I purchased a Gamepower Sense TKL RGB Wireless/Bluetooth/Wired keyboard and a Gamepower Kai Titanium Ultra Wireless 360° Surround Hi-Fi headset through İncehesap. I bought the headset on October 10, 2025, and the keyboard on October 12, 2025. Both products are still under warranty, yet I have started experiencing serious issues with them.
Some keys on the keyboard do not respond at all and do not function properly. This issue started about one month after I purchased the keyboard. As for the headset, my computer no longer recognizes it at all, and this problem began recently. Even though the headset has a 24-month warranty and the keyboard has a 3-year warranty, experiencing these kinds of malfunctions with both products has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I have already contacted both Gamepower and İncehesap, but since I am having problems with both products and still have not received a clear resolution, I felt the need to raise this issue here. I am requesting that both defective products, which are still under warranty, be replaced with brand-new, unopened units instead of being sent in for repair.
