I have not been able to use my LG CordZero A9 vacuum cleaner for about three months because the HEPA filter cover is faulty—it constantly comes off and won’t stay closed. As a result, the vacuum is unusable. I contacted LG customer service and the authorized service center to resolve the issue, but I was told that a replacement part could only be provided at a very high cost (₺3,500) and that it was out of stock, meaning I would have to wait at least three weeks if ordered. I originally purchased the vacuum from the Ankara Optimum store, and although the warranty has now expired, the extremely high cost of the spare part and the long wait time are causing me serious inconvenience. I request that spare parts be supplied at more reasonable prices and in a faster manner. It is financially very difficult for us to afford such costs, and I expect LG to provide support in this matter.
