Gamepower Kai Titanium Ultra Driver Not Installing

On February 7, 2026, I purchased a Gamepower Kai Titanium Ultra Wireless headset from İncehesap. When I connected the headset to my computer, I immediately started experiencing a driver issue. Even though the device is plugged into the USB port, the driver will not install, and I continuously receive a message saying, “Please connect the device to USB.” Despite the headset being connected, the system does not recognize it, and I am unable to use it.

Since the moment I received the product, this issue has persisted for about 30 minutes, and I have not been able to resolve it in any way. I filled out and submitted the support form on Gamepower’s website, but I have not received any response so far.

I request that Gamepower and İncehesap provide remote assistance or proper guidance to resolve this driver issue and ensure that I can use the headset without problems as soon as possible. My order/invoice number is: ın32026000027044.
