LG OLEDC54 65-inch 4K OLED evo Smart TV was defective from the moment it was installed. Even though the product was only 10 days old, Vatan Bilgisayar refused to honor the 15-day unconditional return policy. LG service did not even come to my home, and customer support was unhelpful. This was my experience, and honestly, if I had to choose again, I would avoid this brand and this product. In fact, I would never shop from LG again. This is solely my personal experience, but my advice to others is to think carefully before making a decision.
