I have been using my Gamepower Kizaru headset for about three years. Especially over the past year, the ear cushions have worn out, causing significant discomfort and redness on my ears. After extended use, the headset becomes uncomfortable, and I can no longer use it comfortably.

I purchased the product through Trendyol. I am requesting that Gamepower provide replacement ear cushions for this model, preferably under warranty or under reasonable conditions. I am generally satisfied with the product; my only issue is the worn-out ear pads. I kindly ask for assistance in obtaining replacement ear cushions without experiencing further inconvenience.
