Need Help Recovering Kwai Account After Login Problem

After entering my phone number for my old Kwai account under the username “w***,” I am no longer able to access it. When I try to log in, I keep receiving verification codes, but I still cannot successfully access the account. At this point, my account is completely unusable.

I am requesting that Kwai verify, through the necessary checks, that the account “w***” belongs to me and restore my access. I also ask that the verification code issue I am experiencing when logging in with my phone number be thoroughly investigated and permanently resolved.
