LG SQ18 Air Conditioner CH38 Error Refund Delayed for 26 Days

My LG SQ18 air conditioner developed a CH38 error. After the issue began, I contacted the authorized service on 04.08.2025 and was directed to return the device. I initiated the return process through LG, but although the product is under warranty, 26 days have passed and I still have not received my refund. During this time, I contacted LG customer service multiple times, but each time I was dismissed with the same response: “You are in the refund queue, it will be processed,” without being given a clear solution. I paid ₺41,708.21 for the product with my credit card. I demand not only the refund of the payment but also compensation for the time and financial loss I have suffered.
