LG 65QNED86T6A Screen Flicker Ignored By Service - Request Repair or Replacement

Approximately one year ago, on 05.09.2024, I purchased an LG 65QNED86T6A television from an LG store for ₺57,999.00. For about the last four weeks, a constantly lit and flickering light has appeared on the left side of the screen, in an area of about 20 cm extending from bottom to top. This flickering both degrades the picture quality and reaches a level that strains the eyes while watching, so I cannot use the television in a healthy and comfortable way. Thinking that there might be a fault in the LEDs, I created a service request through LG authorized service. They took the television, examined it, brought it back and stated that they did not find any fault. When the problem continued, I also contacted LG General Directorate in writing, but they informed me that they examined the videos and concluded that there was no fault. However, the light and flickering on the screen are clearly visible and completely eliminate the comfort of use. I have a quotation form for this purchase, and the number on this form is 0144544. Despite the clear visibility of the problem and the ongoing discomfort during use, LG’s service and head office insist that there is no fault, which is unacceptable for a product at this price level that is still under warranty. I request that LG recognize this issue as a fault within the scope of the warranty, repair my television free of charge and make it usable without any problem, or, if repair is not possible, provide an appropriate replacement so that I can use a fault-free product.
