Defective and Warped LG TV Unit
The LG TV unit I purchased was crooked, so I took it to LG service and requested a replacement. They inspected the product and claimed that the warping was caused by expansion and considered it within normal standards. I find this explanation both inadequate and unacceptable, and I once again request a replacement.
My TV, which has a crooked bottom panel, came back from the service exactly as I sent it. The LG service tried to write on the form that the product was delivered without any issues; I objected, had them cross out the statement, and told them that the product was crooked and that they delivered it this way. I told them they should write it as such, but despite this, they avoided using the word 'crooked' and just left. I will go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee anyway, but this incident shows that this company is problematic. 😡😡😡
