GamePower Monitor Went Black Due to Faulty Power Adapter

About four years ago, I purchased a GamePower GPR27C1MS144 27" 144Hz 1ms FreeSync curved monitor through Hepsiburada. On February 6, 2026, the screen suddenly went black and stopped displaying any image. When I connected the power adapter from another GamePower monitor that I use as a second screen, this monitor immediately powered on and displayed an image, clearly showing that the issue is entirely caused by the adapter.

I understand that the product’s warranty period may have expired. However, since the failure is specifically due to the adapter malfunctioning in this way, I request that my issue be addressed and that the adapter be replaced with a compatible and fully functional one. I kindly ask that a new, compatible adapter be provided to me.
