My LG Air Conditioner Was Never Installed After Earthquake and I Need Free Service

In August 2023, I purchased an LG PC24SQ model air conditioner from Vatan Bilgisayar in İskenderun, Hatay. However, after the February 6 earthquake, my family and I were forced to live in a container as we could not find a safe house in the area. Because of this, I have not been able to use the air conditioner for two years, the box has not even been opened, and the installation has not been done. I reported my situation to LG headquarters and the LG Turkey WhatsApp line, explaining our hardship and requesting that the installation be carried out free of charge by their service team. However, I was told that the warranty period started from the invoice date and that my right to free installation had expired, so only a paid installation could be offered, though the fee amount was not specified. I explained repeatedly that we did not delay the installation arbitrarily but were forced to do so due to the extraordinary circumstances of the earthquake. Despite the air conditioner being unopened and unused, I request that this special situation be taken into account and that LG perform the installation free of charge. I kindly ask that our grievance be resolved.
No one got back to me, LG doesn't even care whether you have been aggrieved or not.
