LG RC90V9AV2W Washer Dryer Had Constant Failures Despite Warranty
I purchased an LG RC90V9AV2W washer and dryer two years ago from Media Markt in Esenyurt, Istanbul, with service provided by Kafkas Elektronik. Although the products are still under warranty, I have faced constant issues since the day I bought them. The drum of my brand-new machine broke within just two months and was sent to service. When it was returned, it was covered in scratches and damage. After only one year, the front panel was replaced, but the detergent and left drums were left damaged. I did not complain at the time, but later the door gasket tore, and when I called for service, I was charged ₺5,000 without even being issued an invoice. I believe this fee was set independently of the company headquarters. During the gasket replacement, my dryer was also seriously damaged, leaving the glass broken. I have the service contact number 02125566548, and I find it unacceptable that despite everything being under warranty, I was charged and not given a receipt. After two years of ongoing problems, my appliances are nearly unusable. Despite repeatedly requesting a replacement, my request was categorically denied. I am demanding that my products under warranty be replaced, that the fee I paid be refunded, and that all service-related damages be repaired. I expect an urgent resolution to my problem; otherwise, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
