I purchased my LG A9N upright vacuum cleaner on 14.01.2024 and until recently I was using it with normal care. First the pipe of the device broke and when I contacted service, they asked for a fee for this part. Since I found this request unfair for such a short period of use, I temporarily glued the pipe and continued to use the product. However, today while vacuuming on medium mode, the device suddenly made a strange noise, the motor stopped and the vacuum completely stopped working. At the same time, the lower brush, the rotating part of the vacuum head, also broke. At this point the product is completely unusable. I am very disappointed that an upright vacuum cleaner that I have been using for about one year has experienced pipe breakage and then a complete failure of the motor and lower brush. I request that my LG A9N upright vacuum cleaner be replaced with a new, fault-free product without any cost to me and that the issues I have experienced be evaluated under warranty.
