Rapid Symbol Fading on LG OLED TV Remote and Request for Free Replacement
I bought my LG OLED 55CS model TV about a year ago. Although we rarely use the remote control, starting from the 4th month the symbols on it began to fade, and now they are almost completely erased. Since the product is still under warranty, I cannot accept such an issue occurring in such a short period of time. I request that the remote control be replaced free of charge.
