LG Oled 65cs3va Led Panel Failure Problem

I purchased an LG OLED 65CS3VA television from the LG store in Kentpark, Ankara, Turkey. Until recently, I was satisfied, but about 15 days ago, a vertical line appeared on the screen. After this issue started, the TV also slowly began to turn off by itself, which clearly shows that there is a serious panel-related problem. When the problem appeared, I contacted the service. They came and, without providing a meaningful technical explanation or concrete evidence, stated that it was “user error” and refused to take responsibility. In addition, when I bought the TV, they sold me an insurance they called “mobile insurance,” but I later learned that this insurance was, in fact, not valid for my situation, and again, the issue was closed by simply blaming the user. I do not find it acceptable for a brand like LG and its authorized channels to attribute such a panel failure and subsequent shutdown problem to user error in this way. I request that my TV be repaired under warranty and/or insurance, and if this is not possible, that the panel be replaced free of charge or the TV be replaced with a new equivalent product. I expect this unjust “user error” decision to be reviewed, a proper technical evaluation to be carried out, and the product to be repaired or replaced without putting the burden on the consumer.
