LG Monitor Has Dead Pixels and Light Bleed but Service Says No Issue
I purchased an LG 27GS75Q monitor from Vatan on November 28, 2025. From the very first uses, I noticed both dead pixels on the screen and extremely severe light bleed on the panel. These issues are clearly visible during normal use and seriously affect image quality, so I sent the monitor back to Vatan, and it was forwarded to LG’s authorized service center in Istanbul, By Premium, on December 25.
On December 25 at 10:54 AM, I received a call from the phone number 0507 329 73 84 and was informed that tests had been performed on the monitor and that there was supposedly “no problem” with the device. Reporting a clearly defective product as if it were completely normal has severely shaken my trust in LG, Vatan, and the By Premium LG service in Istanbul.
I do not accept the claim that there is no issue with this product, which clearly has dead pixels and significant light bleed. I request that the monitor be officially recognized as defective and that I receive a full refund of my payment without any further delay.
