BDGwin Shows Successful Deposit but Wallet Balance Remains Zero

On February 9, 2026, I deposited $60 into my BDGwin wallet via Paytm. The Paytm transaction was completed successfully with UTR/reference number 396978299343, and on the BDGwin platform the deposit is also shown as successful. However, my wallet balance is still zero, and the amount has not been credited. I have contacted BDGwin customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but each time I receive the same response that they are “checking the status,” and I am left waiting without any real solution. Despite the deposit being marked as successful on both sides, my money is still not usable in my account. I request that my $60 deposit be immediately credited to my BDGwin wallet, or that the full amount be refunded to my Paytm account without any further delay, and that I be clearly and transparently informed about the outcome of this investigation.
