LG Duval Air Conditioner Does Not Cool - Refund Denied

On 17/08/2025, I purchased an LG Duval 18,000 BTU air conditioner from Media Markt (Invoice No: 40700788). During the sale, one of the employees specifically convinced me to choose LG by saying, “You will be satisfied, and it will be replaced one-to-one if needed.” I was actually planning to buy Samsung or Vestel, but I went with LG due to this persuasion, and I deeply regret it. Since the first day of installation, the air conditioner has not cooled adequately. In my barbershop, my customers have been uncomfortable because of this, and I have lost business. I called LG service many times, but every time they only took measurements and left without taking any action, saying “It’s cooling.” I contacted Media Markt and LG customer service several times, but each time I received the same response: “The product is cooling, we cannot refund or replace it.” My requests for an exchange with another model or a refund were also rejected. Paying ₺43,399 for an air conditioner that doesn’t work properly, along with the indifference from both Media Markt and LG, has left me in a very difficult situation. My air conditioner is under warranty and still has two more years left, but because of this issue, I have lost both peace at my workplace and suffered financial damages. My demand is for the product to be refunded and the amount I paid to be returned to me. I want my grievance to be resolved.
