LG QNED70A6A TV Screen Clouding Issue Ignored Despite Warranty Coverage

I purchased the LG QNED70A6A model television two days ago on Hepsiburada from the seller Teknomix. When I started using the device on the first evening, I noticed a noticeable clouding issue on the left side of the screen. This problem appears every time I use the TV. I immediately informed the company and also reported the issue to LG authorized service. Even though I clearly showed the visual defect, I was told that this was normal. However, I do not accept this explanation, especially since the product is under warranty, and I want my issue to be resolved. My order number is 435 288 303 9 and my invoice number is INT2025000010348. I request a refund for the product.
