Hello Godaddy Support Te,

ı reaching out because ı completely locked out of my email account due to a critical licensing error. I purchased this email service for a full year less than two weeks ago, so encountering a license issue this early is highly disruptive to my daily operations.

When attempting to LOG in, ı receive a "Something went wrong" page with the following technical details (as captured in the attached file image_daaaa7. Png) :

Message: ınvalidlicenseexceptionerror

It appears there is a provisioning or synchronization glitch between Godaddy and Microsoft Office 365 regarding my active annual subscription.

Since this is a brand-new service that ı paid for upfront, this unexpected downtime is causing significant inconvenience. I kindly request that you:

Fix the licensing discrepancy immediately so ı can regain access to my email.

Provide appropriate compensation (such as a credit or an extension on my subscription) to make up for this disruption during my first two weeks of service.
