Temu Package Marked Undeliverable Even Though I Was Home

I placed an order on Temu for a pair of wireless/Bluetooth earbuds costing $7. The item was shipped via Aras Kargo, and on November 26, 2025, at 3:06 p.m., the tracking update claimed that delivery was attempted but I was “not at the address,” so the package was taken back. However, I was at home at that time, and I received no phone call, no knock on the door, and no real delivery attempt was made.

Not only was my order never delivered, but despite nearly 15 days passing, I still have not received a refund from Temu. I am left completely inconvenienced, even though the situation was entirely out of my control.

I request that Temu immediately and fully refund the $7 I paid for this order that was never delivered.
