Roblox Denies Appeal and Keeps Accounts Permanently Banned

I am writing regarding the bans placed on my Roblox accounts with the usernames “KSA_50770” (my main account) and “Z_NDT” (my alternate account). Both accounts were banned for cheating, and as a result, I am currently unable to access and play Emergency Hoborog, a game I really miss playing. These bans were applied approximately two to three months ago.

After the bans, I contacted Roblox support and attempted to appeal the decision. However, I was informed that the bans could not be lifted and was directed to this platform through a link provided by support.

I understand that the accounts were banned for cheating, but I would like to respectfully request a second chance. I am asking that the bans on my accounts be lifted so I can return to playing Emergency Hoborog. I kindly ask you to reconsider the permanent nature of these sanctions and allow me to regain access to my accounts.
