Temu Sent Wrong Color Pants Size 5X Instead Of Black Stripes

I placed an order on Temu last week, with delivery on March 10, under order number BG2603048A7GJYG7WC-CG01 and reference CAN93. I ordered a pair of long striped pants in size 5X, which were supposed to be black, but I received navy blue and white striped pants instead. This is not the color I selected when placing my order. I also have a previous unresolved complaint about a pair of strap shoes from Temu, where the lining is falling off. In that case, I was asked to pay for the enquiry, which I did not accept, so the problem has still not been resolved. Having yet another issue now with the wrong color pants is very disappointing. I request that Temu resend the correct item, a set of black and white striped pants in size 5X, as originally ordered, without any extra cost to me, and that they review and resolve my earlier complaint about the strap shoes whose lining is coming off, without asking me to pay any additional fees.

Recently I ordered a pair of black pants from Temu under Delivery CAN 93, but last week I received navy pants instead of the black ones I selected. When I tried to raise this issue and submit a complaint, I was confronted with a screen asking me to pay $10 for my complaint to be reviewed, which I find unacceptable given that the mistake was not mine.
Because of this $10 review requirement, I have not been able to get past that screen or properly submit my complaint through the usual process. I have already been waiting for about a week without any acknowledgement or solution, which is very frustrating. I simply want to receive the black pants that I originally ordered, and I am fully prepared to return the navy pants if Temu provides clear return instructions.
I kindly request that Temu send me the correct black pants without any additional cost and allow me to return the incorrectly sent navy pants, and that this is handled without requiring me to pay a $10 fee just to have my complaint reviewed.
