Temu-for Refund Of Undelivered Order (1200)

I placed an order on Temu in October 2025 from South Africa, which included two bodysuits, a girl’s dress, and a few other items that I no longer remember in detail. The total value of the order was around R1200. The tracking in the app only ever showed that the parcel was dispatched from the harbour to the courier, but I never received the order. Because the items did not arrive, Temu informed me in October 2025 that they would refund me. However, up to today, I still have not received any refund of the approximately R1200. I have also been unable to get hold of Temu customer service to resolve this issue, which has left me without the products and without my money. I request that my outstanding refund for this order, in the amount of about R1200, be processed to me as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the status of this refund.
