I placed an order on Temu with tracking number 6122825052742, which contained clothing, a bag, a seat cover, and a phone stand. Temu marked the order as delivered on 08/01/2026, but I did not receive any package. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the rider reported the order as delivered and even sent a photo of my doorstep as proof. However, the rider never called me, and my doorbell is not working, so I was not informed of any attempted delivery. Despite this, I still have not received my parcel. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either issuing a full refund or reshipping the products in my order, as I paid for items that I never received.
