I am experiencing a serious issue with my 10Cric account, where I am unable to withdraw my main balance of ₹24,800 even though I have completed all wagering requirements and account verification.
Every time I try to withdraw from my main balance, I receive an error message that says: “Payment unavailable. Your current account settings do not allow you to complete this action. Please contact support.”
This issue has been ongoing for about 8 months. During this time, I have contacted 10Cric support more than 30 times. Instead of resolving the problem, they repeatedly ask me for a transaction ID, which I cannot provide because I am unable to initiate a withdrawal—therefore no transaction or ID is generated.
Before this issue started, I was able to successfully withdraw funds from this same account, so I am familiar with the process and there is no misunderstanding on my part. Despite my repeated efforts and the long delay, my balance remains blocked and the error has not been fixed.
I also have a video showing the error message on my screen, which I can provide as evidence if needed.
I request that 10Cric immediately fix whatever account setting is preventing my withdrawals and allow me to withdraw my full balance of ₹24,800. Alternatively, I request that a manual withdrawal be processed for this amount without further delay.
I also expect a clear explanation as to why my account has been in this condition for 8 months despite numerous support requests.
