Temu Transaction Successful, but Items Cancelled And Cash Not Refunded

On 25 March 2026, I placed an order for wigs and closures on Temu and was given a Moniepoint account number to make payment. I transferred a total of ₦45,535 from my Opay account to the Moniepoint account details provided by Temu for this order. After making the payment, I later received a notification that the order had been cancelled and that the money had been sent from my Opay account. However, I did not receive the items, and up to now, I have not received any refund for the ₦45,535 that was debited from my Opay account. I contacted my Opay bank, and they informed me that the money has already been received by Moniepoint and that only Temu can process the refund since the Moniepoint account belongs to Temu. I also have a receipt for the transaction and documents I used to report the issue to my bank, which I can provide as evidence if needed. I kindly request that Temu urgently process and pay my full refund of ₦45,535 to my Opay account, as the order was cancelled and I did not receive any product in return.

I made a payment of ₦20,800 through OPay bank transfer to the account provided during checkout for a Temu order.After the payment was successful, the order did not update to “paid,” “warehouse processing,” or any shipping status. I later cancelled the order, but after cancellation the entire order disappeared from my account.I have not received:- any refund to my bank,- any Temu credit,- or any refund status update.Customer support keeps responding only that the order was cancelled, but my concern is that the money was successfully deducted from my account and has not been returned.
