Why if you get told it is a free gift . Then at the end before logging out they charge for the free gifts

Can a heavy item that I want to return be picked up from my address? Also, over time, I have had some items missing.

I don't understand what's going on. You keep telling me I have credit and that you're going to send me free gifts, but I haven't received anything. I also have a PayPal account, yet you won't send my winnings there. You keep telling me that I've won prizes, but then you keep asking me to send more money. I've also requested refunds for items that I never received or that were not handled properly, but I still haven't gotten my money back. How do you expect your customers to trust your company when you don't follow through on your promises or provide the refunds and prizes you've said I should receive? I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt resolution to these issues.
