Temu Customer Service Failed to Resolve Missing Order Item

I ordered two Kochler electric food warmers from a local warehouse through Temu. However, on February 20, my order was delivered with only one item, and the second product was never shipped. On the same day, I submitted a refund request through the app for the missing item, but the system automatically canceled my request without explanation.
After that, I tried contacting the seller, but I received no response. I also contacted Temu customer service, and they told me that my request had been received. However, the missing product has not been sent, and I have not received any refund update.
At the moment, I still have not received the missing item, and the $43 refund has not been issued. My order number is PO-203-06227240279670355-D02.
I used to shop on Temu frequently, but after this experience I have lost a significant amount of trust in the platform. I request that the payment for the missing product be refunded to me as soon as possible.
