About three months ago, I ordered 8 LED chandelier lights through the Temu app. However, only 5 of the chandeliers were delivered, and 3 items that were part of the set were never shipped. I contacted Temu support multiple times regarding the missing items. Each time I was told “there is a shipping delay and the package will arrive in about 40 days,” which only prolonged the situation.
Later, they offered a refund as an apology, but I clearly stated that I wanted the products themselves and requested that the missing 3 chandeliers be shipped. Despite this, they kept saying the shipment would arrive while also insisting that I could accept a refund instead. Eventually, for the missing items, only $136 was refunded out of the $268 originally charged, and the products were still not sent.
Temu also provided a tracking number for the shipment, but when I checked it, I saw that the package had never been shipped and no such shipment existed in the system. For about one month, I was continuously transferred between different support representatives who repeatedly told me “we will send the products.” Finally, I was told that communication with the store had been lost and nothing further could be done, effectively closing the case.
I request that the missing 3 LED chandeliers be shipped to me immediately, or if they will not be sent, that the full amount I paid be refunded, including the remaining balance between the amount charged and the partial refund already issued.
